Ascend™ is a comprehensive onboarding program designed to address critical challenges faced by newly hired MBAs. It emerged in response to the need for realistic role experiences, and the imperative to improve initial client engagement readiness This initiative aligns with the organization's business needs and aims to provide new MBAs with a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities from day one. Ascend™ employs a range of strategic learning approaches, including immersive role reality simulations, mentoring and coaching, ongoing support and development, collaborative learning, and feedback mechanisms. These strategies collectively facilitate integration, accelerate performance, enhance retention, cultivate a learning culture, and foster talent development. To achieve this credential newly joined MBAs must have: - attended our transformative 3 week Ascend™ onboarding program - completed two client engagements / received 3-month feedback from their first engagement - achieved ‘meeting expectations’ or above from their project feedback provider - completed their own 3 month reflective exercise survey
